Privacy Policy

  1. FABRITY K2 Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to protect the privacy of users of the service available at www.FABRITY.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
  2. The personal data of users of the Service, within the meaning of the Act as of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182 as amended hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) is administered by FABRITY K2 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 44a, 02-672 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 00000274076, NIP 521-34-21-691, Regon 140865906 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).
  3. The personal data of users of the Service (the “Users”) shall be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of the Service in order to ensure its smooth operation and handling complaints, as well as to allow the Users to apply on-line in response to initiatives organized by FABRITY K2 based on the grounds of the processing of personal data identified in art. 23 section 1 item 3 of the Act (implementation agreement) and Art. 23 section 1 item 5 of the Act (the fulfilment of legally justified objectives pursued by the Administrator provided that it does not violate any of the rights and freedoms of the User).
  4. In case of the User having granted consent in accordance with Art. 23 section 1 point 1 of the Act, the personal data may be processed by the Administrator also for marketing purposes, including sending commercial information by electronic mail to the address provided by the User.
  5. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the User to the competent authorities or to third parties who submit a request for such information based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law. Except in the cases indicated above, the information on the User will not be disclosed to the recipient within the meaning of Art. 7 section 6 of the Act.
  6. The personal data of the User will be processed for the period not longer than is necessary in connection with the use of the Service and the achievement of the objectives set out above.
  7. The User discloses the data voluntarily. Any User has access to his or her personal data and the right to correct them and the right to withdraw consent and to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes by contacting: biuro@FABRITY.pl, ul. Domaniewska 44a, 02- 672 Warsaw.
  8. The Administrator uses cookies to collect information related to the use of the Service by the User. The cookies allow, in particular:
    • to maintain the user session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to log in on every page of the Service;
    • to adapt the Service to the needs of its Users;
    • to process viewing statistics of subpages of the Service.
  9. The Administrator hereby informs that at the moment of logging in to the Service, the information about the number (including IP) and the type of the end device of the User or another individual which the User uses to connect to the Service appears in the system logs. The Administrator reports that he will process, in accordance with the provisions in force in the Republic of Poland, any data on the number (including IP) and the type of end devices of the User, as well as the connection time with the Service and other operating data on User activity on the Website.

  10. The Administrator declares that he will endeavour to provide the Users with a high level of safety in the use of the Service through appropriate administrative, technical and physical protection of the data against its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, none of the ways of transmission of data over the Internet is entirely secure. Although the Administrator shall endeavour to secure the transferred personal data, he can not guarantee the full security of transmissions over the Internet. Therefore, any events which affect the safety of information transmission, including eg. suspicious sharing of files that contain viruses and other files of similar nature should be reported to the Administrator at the address: ul. Cookies Policy

FABRITY K2 Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to protect the privacy of users of the service available at www.FABRITY.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). The Service does not collect automatically any information, except information contained in cookies.

  1. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files that are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for use of sites of the Service. Cookies typically contain the information on the name of the website of their origin, the period time they are stored on the end device, as well as their unique number.
  2. The operator of the Service FABRITY K2 Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat at ul. Domaniewska 44a, 02-672, Warsaw is the entity saving cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them. The Service may collect certain technical information about the User, such as the used Internet protocol, operating system, browser type, number of visits and the addresses of visited websites. Cookies are used to:

Persistent cookies are stored in the end device of the User for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until the moment of deleting them by the User.
  4. The Service uses the following types of cookies:
    • “essential” cookies enabling the use of the services available within the Service, for example authentication cookies used for services that require authentication in the Service;
    • cookies used to ensure safety, for example to detect fraud in the authentication through the Service;
    • “performance” cookies enabling the collection of information about the use of the websites of the Service;
    • “functional” cookies “remembering” the selected settings and personalization of the interface, eg. in terms of the language or region of the User, the font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
    • “advertisement” cookies enabling the delivery of advertising content that is more tailored to the interests of the User.
  5. In many cases, the software used to browse the web (Web browser) is allowed by default to store cookies on Users' end device. The users can change at any time settings for cookies. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser configuration or to inform about them every time they are saved on the device of the Service User.   6. The operator of the Service indicates that restrictions of the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available in the Service.
  7. Cookies provided in the end device of a Service User may be used also by advertisers and partners cooperating with the operator of the Service.
